Joe Theismann Says JaMarcus Russell Will Never Be An NFL Quarterback

    Joe Theismann was on the Sirius NFL Radio Show Moving the Chains and one of the subjects he discussed was he thought the Raiders should call the Redskins and inquire about Jason Campbell. Theismann said, "I can tell you conclusively that JaMarcus Russell never will be able to play quarterback in the National Football League. He just doesn't get it."
