D.A. Fred Bright said Monday he will not charge Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger in connection with a sexual assault complaint from a 20-year old college student last month. The allegations "cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt," Bright said. "Therefore there will be no arrest made nor criminal prosecution against Mr. Roethelisberger." Bright made his announcement at a courthouse about a block and a half from the Capital City nightclub, where the encounter occurred that led to the woman filing the March 5 complaint with Milledgeville, Ga., police Source: USA Today
