49ers Likely To Draft Jimmy Clausen At No. 13 Overall If Available?

    Jimmy Clausen might not make it past Seattle at No. 6 or Cleveland at 7 or the Raiders at 8, or somebody might even trade up ahead of all those teams to grab Clausen. In fact, Tim Kawakami of The San Jose Mercury News now thinks it's likely that Clausen will be gone well before the 49ers' 13th' overall pick next Thursday. But if Clausen slides past those slots and a few more, an NFL source told Kawakami just now that there's little doubt that the 49ers would select the Notre Dame QB at 13.

    Id bet he won't be around and the 9'ers know that. So this is just pre-draft bullcrap. Business as usual.
