The widespread belief is that the Redskins will trade quarterback Jason Campbell during the draft for a low pick. Coach Mike Shanahan has said the Redskins plan to bring back Campbell unless they get fair compensation for their former first-round pick and starter for three-plus seasons. It seems unlikely, however, that the Redskins would keep new starter Donovan McNabb, Campbell, Rex Grossman and possibly a rookie quarterback on the roster. Source: Washington Post
Yea bcause Childress loves his QB's to be mobile but accurate and I think Campbell can fit the bill nicely. But I got to say I have grown to love T-Jack even though he isnt really producing, if he can just stop making bad decision we could keep him and let go of Rosenfels
I think TJ's problems were instability. The guy never had an OC throughout college and Childress didn't even seem willing to work with him when he screwed up. Fragile mindset + erratic coach does not equal success. But Campbell could keep Minnesota a legit threat should Favre not want to return, and I'm sure JC wouldn't mind sitting a year behind Favre if that WAS the case. Vikings kind of screwed themselves, if Favre comes back, then you'll be fine, but if he doesn't, suddenly you're in a screwy position. But yes, cut Rosenfels.
Exactly, ever Culpepper left the QB situation has been horrible, they should have just went ahead and got Mcnabb even if Favre was going to return just so we could have a back up plan, but now we need to pick up Campbell and drop Rosenfels and let JC or a QB in da draft learn under Favre for a year bcause i think he is going to b back personally. **********Automerged Doublepost********** O and ment to say ever since Culpepper
It wouldnt shock me if they did this. I mean they just got mcnabb so trading Cumble could be the right option
