Saints Sign DE Jimmy Wilkerson To A One-Year, $2M Deal

The New Orleans Saints reached agreement on a one-year, $2 Million contract with defensive end Jimmy Wilkerson on Tuesday, according to a source. Wilkerson, an unrestricted free agent, had been talking about re-signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Wilkerson and Alex Brown, formerly of the Chicago Bears, have been added to the team to upgrade its pass rush.
