Cowboys, 49ers Talking Draft-Day Deal For The No. 13 Pick?

Last years Dallas draft could go down as one of the worst in league history. I know it's only been a year but it's already well on the way. Right now that draft is an easy overall F grade...actually, when you factor in that they got Roy Williams out of it, that bumps it to a solid...

The Press-Democrat speculates that the deal could get done if the Cowboys give up their top three picks (Nos. 27, 59 and 90).

anything less and Iwould shy away, but this would be great to consider

 

if we trade our first, 2nd for next year, and 3rd.. for the 13th, then that would be great, but three picks out of this draft is too high. thats our only really major need besides OLine tho, and with the 2nd we could get Jared gaither, i dont want anything coming out of the draft at LT in the 2nd round when we could get gaither, if the ravens were serious about that.

 

Parcells wanted Spears but Jones talked him out of it and assured him Spears would be there with the 2nd of the 1st round picks. So Jones talked him into drafting Ware.

Last years draft wasnt as bad as people make it out to be. We got our most lilley starting FS (Hamlin) our future ILB (Williams) and our possibly our future RT ( Brewster), and two solid pass rusher prospects. Toss in McGee who could be a trade chip (was a better prospect than Whitehurst) down the line, and its wasnt as bad as people think all things considering (weak draft, no day 1 picks)

If we trade up for anyone its gonna be Dez Bryant, and it will only be if he falls near 20. Thats coming from Goose, who around this time in the draft season is one of the guys who's info you can trust the most

Don't do it Baalke... offer the 17th pick instead. JJ is dumb enough to take it.
