Bills Owner Says Broncos Panicked When Trading Up For Tim Tebow

Bills owner Ralph Wilson denied rumors that Buffalo was attempting to trade back into Round 1 to select Florida’s Tim Tebow according to Leo Roth of the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle. Denver swung a deal with Baltimore to take Tebow at No. 25, giving up second-, third- and fourth-round picks. “Denver panicked,’’ Wilson said. “He’s a good player but we had no interest in taking Tebow. We were not moving up to take Tebow."
