Titans head coach Jeff Fisher states the team did extensive homework on RB LeGarrette Blount before signing him to a free agent contract and he believes Blount deserves a second chance. "Blount's signing will cause some discussion out there,’’ Fisher said. “Before making this decision, we talked to a number of people, including LeGarrette and others who know him. He was disciplined for his actions and then met all of the landmarks set in front of him to remain with the team and eventually play again."
