Bears tight ends coach Mike DeBord said that new offensive coordinator Mike Martz has implemented plans to incorporate Greg Olsen into the team's passing game, according to ESPN.com. Martz's high-powered offensive attack has been known to ignore tight ends in the past, and the Bears were said to have placed Olsen on the trading block following Martz's arrival. Alas, they were unable to move Olsen, and if you trust DeBard, it sounds like there is still hope that he can produce.

How hard is it just to tell him to lose a bit of weight and move outside?

He doesn't really need to lose any weight. He is faster than some WRs in the league. He'd be a nightmare to cover on the jump ball.

  5. TY he can make this offense

He's at around 255lbs, if he dropped about 10lbs, imagine how quick he could be.

But then again, this is Martz, it makes too much sense for him to use it.
