Michael Lombardi of the National Football Post writes that he likes the trade that will be finalized tomorrow in which the Cowboys will send linebacker Bobby Carpenter to the Rams for tackle Alex Baron. However Lombardi goes on to write that he feels Baron is never going to be a player. He has the same problems that have drove JaMarcus Russell out the league -- lack work habits, lack of preparation and an indifference toward being a good player. He will not solve the Cowboys' problems at left tackle next year. Source: National Football Post
idont think we have problems yet............its just more of a depth thing and we have a lot linebackers
Mr. Lombardi left out the penalty issues as well. Then again, Flozell was just as reckless so Barron will slide in well there.
No way Barron starts. Probably wont even be a competition. They like Free. If they didnt they wouldnt have cut Adams, or either Jared Gaither, Jammal Brown, Donald Penn or even Jermon Bushrod would be in Dallas
Pretty much, but Carpenter will probobly start May even play well. Barbie just has no buisness in a 3-4
bobby just wants to play with lauranitis so he can have a white buddy **********Automerged Doublepost********** ive waited years for the "cowboys unleash bobby carpenter" thread that you once promised youd make, turns out they decided to unload him instead
