Post Counts, Reputation System - R.I.P.

Post counts have been removed from the site. So has the Reputation System. We are slowly making the move from getting away from a forum-based website and there is no need to keep track of either post counts or the reputation systems where we are going.

Next to go will be the vCash and vBookie system. They will be uninstalled on June 1st.

 

and awards too I assume?

 

Yes, Awards were a short-lived item. I might keep them around an extra month before the final move.

yep, sounds like it's going to be just more of a blog/news site. we can still reply and discuss.

Gotta do what we gotta do to keep the site progressing and relevant.

We are still keeping GIF as a forum but there aren't going to be all these different forums for entertainment, cross fire etc., it will all be under off topic. We are NOT going to a blog format as yet, we are going to compact the site and focus on NFL football which is what we wanted all along, no need to go elsewhere, we're just re-working the focus of the forum.

It's a whole lot different to what was reported earlier. Which is a good thing, because I seriously thought that it was it for the forums as a whole.
