The New York Giants announced today that tight end Kevin Boss will have an arthroscopic procedure on his right ankle to remove dead or infected tissue. The recovery time for the procedure is 4 to 6 weeks, which means he's scheduled to miss the team's OTAs and June mini-camp. Boss badly sprained his ankle against the Chiefs in Week 4 last season and missed the following week's Oakland game, then re-aggravated it later in the season. Source: Jenny Vrentas, The Star-Ledger
