Washington Redskins owner Daniel Snyder said here Tuesday that D.C. deserves to host a future Super Bowl according to Mark Maske of the Washington Post. Snyder and the other owners are scheduled to vote during their one-day spring meeting to award the 2014 Super Bowl, possibly to the New York area. Snyder said during a midday break in the meeting, held at a Dallas-area hotel, that Washington should get a Super Bowl, whether or not New York is awarded the 2014 game. "I think Washington should get one, no matter what," Snyder said. "It is the nation's capital." Source: TheWashingtonPost
don't know why but it just struck me as a terrorist dream come true. whole black sunday thing....dunno maybe I'm wrong but super bowl in nations capitol doesn't do a thing for me. Maybe 25 years ago but not in today's world.
Maybe I'm solo on this one, but why wouldn't Washington deserve one? If NYC can get one, I see no reason why DC shouldn't be able to as well. Dougerrrrrrrrrrrrrr has a point I suppose.
So D.C, being that it is the Nations Capitals shouldn't get one? I don't see why not. Don't worry though, I don't want any of you cu**s here either, you freaking touring our city is bad enough as is, having 5x that many people would make me want to commit suicide.
