The Carolina Panthers have signed sixth-round picks DE Greg Hardy (175th overall) and S Jordan Pugh (202nd overall), the team announced. Hardy (6-4, 277) played in 40 games with 13 starts at the University of Mississippi and led or tied for the team lead in sacks in three of four seasons. According to a league source, Hardy signed a four-year deal worth just over $1.9 million with roughly $116,000 guaranteed. Pugh (5-11, 196) played in 50 games with 37 starts at Texas A&M University, lining up at safety as a sophomore and senior and cornerback as a freshman and junior.
