True to form, former Oakland Raiders quarterback JaMarcus Russell made a late entrance to as sporting event in Oakland. True to form, the fans booed the former top overall pick who's regarded as one of the major first-round busts in NFL draft history. According to the Oakland Tribune, Russell made an appearance at ringside late during the Andre Ward-Allan Green super middleweight bout on Showtime on Saturday night. Per the report, Russell wore a University of Alabama red leather jacket and a red Alabama hat and sunglasses and was taunted by a Raiders fan wearing a Rolando McClain jersey, asking him for his money back on his season tickets.
