A magnetic resonance imaging exam confirmed a torn right Achilles tendon for Pittsburgh Steelers offensive tackle Willie Colon. Colon will undergo surgery Wednesday to repair the damage, according to Scout.com and Dr. James Bradley will perform the procedure. Colon is out for the season, a major blow to the Steelers' offense, it's also a hit for Colon's career, with this injury, Colon may have played his last snap for the Steelers. A restricted free agent, Colon is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent after this season. He's expected to resume his career once he completes a six-month rehabilitation.

Trade Rothlisberger for Jordan Gross. That's my advice.
