Raiders Sign 4th Rd. Pick WR Jacoby Ford To A 4-Year Deal

The Oakland Raiders have signed fourth-round rookie wide receiver Jacoby Ford, the team announced. The speedster from Clemson received the standard base salaries of $320,000, $405,000, $490,000 and $575,000 as well as a slotted signing bonus and a fourth-year escalator clause that can significantly boost the maximum value of the deal. His bonus was slated to fall between $507,000 and $519,000. Ford registered a 4.27 and a 4.28 in the 40-yard dash at the NFL scouting combine. Ford owns the ACC 60-meter dash record at 6.52 seconds.

That's what I was thinking...but he said "CATCH AND run that fast" so I'm not so sure.

 

exactly al does not give a heck if dudes can catch just that they are fast i expect them to catch too
