The Carolina Panthers have reached an agreement with quarterback Jimmy Clausen on a four-year contract, a league source tells ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Clausen was expected to sign on Wednesday and report to training camp. A three-year starter at Notre Dame, Clausen fell to the second round and was taken by the Panthers with the 48th overall pick.
