The Washington Redskins have made Joey Galloway, 38, as their starting WR opposite Santana Moss. Galloway was a first round pick in 1995 and has been a four time Pro Bowler in his career. He played last season with the New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers. Malcolm Kelly, a former second round pick, has been disappointing in his short career and may be cut. Devin Thomas, also a former second round pick who started 10 games last year, has allegedly gotten off to a poor start with Mike Shanahan and his staff. Source: Rick Maese, Twitter
