Lions rookie defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is in better shape than Albert Haynesworth. Suh showed up to Lions practice on Wednesday and passed the conditioning test that Haynesworth has repeatedly failed and the Detroit Free Press reports that Suh himself even called it "The Haynesworth Test." The test consists of a 300-yard shuttle run (back and forth in 25-yard increments), followed by a 3.5-minute break, followed by another 300-yard shuttle run, a passing score is 70 seconds on the first run and 73 seconds on the second run. Haynesworth has so far been unable to complete the test for the Washington Redskins, but Suh passed it easily in Detroit, finishing the first one in 65 seconds and the second one in 67 seconds. It should come as no surprise that Suh passed the test because his is more a game of quickness, and he showed in the Haynesworth Test how quickly he can move. Source: Michael David Smith, Fanhouse
