It's just about time to you-know-what or get off the pot for Brett Favre. The quarterback traveled from Hattiesburg, Miss., to Penascola, Fla., today to have his balky left ankle examined by Dr. James Andrews, the surgeon who worked on it in May, according to Judd Zulgad of the Minneapolis Star Tribune. A decision from Favre is expected in the near future, per the report. The key will be what Andrews told Favre after examining him. Favre has said that the ankle is still bothering him. Favre told some teammates that he was hanging 'em up last week only for the club to put a full-court press on him in efforts to talk him out of it. Source: National Football Post
