Texans RB Jeremiah Johnson led the Texans in rushing with 33 yards Saturday's preseason game against the Cardinals and could see his role increase now that Ben Tate is out for the season. “He needs to get better at understanding his protections for the quarterback,â€￾ coach Gary Kubiak said. Johnson will likely be behind Steve Slaton and and Arian Foster on the depth chart, but could find himself in the mix among Houston's running backs if he continues to have a strong preseason.

Well hopefully he gets more than Slaton to be honest... mixed reports his neck injury's returning which is causing his fumblitis.

    My current depth chart:
    Arian Foster
    Chris Henry
    Jerimiah Johnson
Ben Tate ( Yes, with the broken ankle)

Tate's going on IR, but yeah.

  5. I'll be interested to see if Jeremiah Johnson is better than Chris Henry. Henry blew in Tenn.

I guess Kubiak like Tennessee running backs or something. I'm suprised Lendale White didn't make his way over here.

  7. Foster is a bigger back and so was Tate so there wasn't a need.
