The thing is, all these "derailed pitching phenoms" are created by ESPN. I mean heck they were the ones leading the protest to get him in the freaking all-star game when he'd only started four games. I feel for the guy, but hopefully in that time ESPN would have moved onto their next saviour so that the guy play without the insane hype.
this crap doesnt ruin careers anymore though, he could come back throwing stronger and faster from this in a year and a half
