The Houston Texans plan to release veteran cornerback Jacques Reeves, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation. Reeves, 27, has started 35 games in six NFL seasons, appearing in 88 career games. Two years ago, he intercepted a career-high four passes and scored the first touchdown of his career.
