The Dolphins still aren’t done making roster moves on Monday, as the team has signed inside linebacker Bobby Carpenter and released Charlie Anderson, the Dolphins announced. Carpenter, a 6-foot-2, 249-pound inside linebacker from Ohio State, is yet another player with close ties to the Dophins’ current coaching staff and front office. He was a 2006 first-round pick for Dallas (18th overall) when Bill Parcells, Jeff Ireland and Tony Sparano were all with the Cowboys. Anderson, meanwhile, is let go after two-plus seasons with the Dolphins. One of the team’s first free agent signings after Parcells and Co. came aboard in 2008, Anderson started three games in a mostly backup role at outside linebacker, and was also a contributor on special teams. Larry Grant, Na'il Diggs, David Vobora, Chris Chamberlain & Josh Hull. He couldn't beat those guys out. Good luck with him Dolphins!
Yes you are obviously a great judge of talent, Ben for Gross:icon_rolleyes:. Now if you don't really have anything to say about the thread at hand then you should move the team bashing to the smack talk forum.
Carpenter could actually be a very nice role player on the D. He played well in coverage, and was a good blitzer. I could see them holding on to him beyond this year
