The Redskins kept PR-WR Brandon Banks on the roster because they believe he has explosive return ability that will greatly enhance field position. If there are concerns, they are that Banks had three fumbles in the preseason, he figures to struggle as a receiver and might not be able to hold up long term as a kick returner.
