This is a story that won't stop gaining traction for the last three weeks. San Diego Chargers receiver Vincent Jackson, who will find out Thursday whether he must serve a three-game or six-game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy, is still out there if a team entices the Chargers with the right trade. Pro Football Talk is now saying that the Vikings are making a play on Jackson, following up on a tweet from KFAN's Henry Lake implying the same thing. A trade could hinge on Thursday's ruling in New York. The Vikings just acquired fifth- and sixth-round draft picks from the Giants for Sage Rosenfels, but that's likely not enough to get a trade done. Source: Pioneer Press
So...what the hell is up with Berrian? Didn't they make him one of the highest paid WR's a could years ago? Man, time to earn that check!
Hes done, im just finding out his hands are horrible, and plus i dont think he can burn anybody anymore...so im thinking he is gone after this year
It would be big for Minnesota if Jackson's suspension is reduced to 3 games after his September 16th hearing. But they'll likely wait on any Jackson deal until after the hearing.
