According to Fox Sports' John Czarnecki (via Lee Hamilton), the Vikings are ready to offer a "high pick" if an arbiter rules on Thursday that Chargers wide receiver Vincent Jackson will not have to serve a second three-game suspension at the conclusion of the one he is currently serving. Most believe he will not be banned beyond the first three weeks of the season. If that indeed ends up being the case, Czarnecki believes the Rams will also make another play for the Chargers' disgruntled wideout. Source: RotoTimes
