The Patriots ever-durable running back Kevin Faulk left the team’s loss to the Jets on Sunday with a knee injury and did not return. According to the Boston Globe, the 12th-year pro suffered the knock when Jets cornerback Drew Coleman shoved him out-of-bounds in the fourth quarter. Faulk, usually quick to bounce back up, stayed down and eventually walked off under his own power. He did not return to the game, icing his knee on the sidelines and watching in obvious frustration as New England fell 28-14 to New York. Faulk was still upset after the game, declining to comment to reporters and there is no word on the extent of the damage to his knee, nor on his status for Week 3.

Not good... I know I used to rib him for being a midget fumble beast but he has come a looonnngggg way since the early days... Personally I think he is one of the best 3rd down backs in the league today...
