Before facing Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football, the San Francisco 49ers signed cornerback Tramaine Brock off the practice squad, reports Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network. Brock (5-10, 197) was on the active roster to start the regular season, but was waived on September 14 when the 49ers re-signed wide receiver Jason Hill.
