Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports via twitter that Chargers rookie running back Ryan Mathews confirms that after not practicing Wednesday, he has a high ankle sprain. But Mathews says he feels good and hopes to play Sunday against the Seahawks. It's usually a 4-6 week injury. His week three status appears shaky at best. Mike Tolbert's chances of starting are increasing. Source: Kevin Acee: Twitter.com
I picked up Tolbert and owned Sproles. If Matthews is out for a while I'm gonna start both :icon_cheesygrin:
Sproles is avail. in our league and I still went with picking up Tolbert. Dude is a beast and will make his time worth it if he gets it.
