We might be witnessing the beginning of the Max Hall era in Arizona. Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt pulled starting QB Derek Anderson during the second quarter of Sunday’s game against the Chargers following his second interception of the game, which was returned 31 yards for a touchdown by Shaun Phillips. Hall, an undrafted rookie out of BYU, played briefly against the Falcons in Week 2. Anderson was 7-of-14 passing for 64 yards, and apparently Whisenhunt had seen enough. We’ll see if his decision extends beyond Week 4.

Anderson's a straight up meatbag - I want to thank that jerkoff for tanking Fitzgerald's fantasy production through 3 weeks.

Anderson's thrown his last pass for quite awhile. In Whisenhunt I trust, but he was too slow dropping the ax on Anderson. His skills(?) are mediocre and his confidence is absolutely non-existent.

  4. I believe Hall starts for the rest of the season......Anderson's a washed-up bum.

Well, this season is shot already so it's time to go with Hall. Anderson is a guy that would be a quality backup, but nothing more than that.

Doubt it, but they gotta be donkey punching themselves for not going after McNabb harder than they did.

Heard Whiz on post game radio. He didn't hold anything back in his disgust in the INT's and missing open receivers. Asked if Hall was going to start. "I can't answer that". Translation.....Yes.

Have you guys noticed Fitzgerald's body english and demeanor lately? While I'm sure some of that is the fact his knee is still not 100%, he is clearly frustrated (most likely with the QB play). This is very different from a guy who plays like Tom Landry coached.
