Nashville police have confirmed that 23-year old Lance McCoy was killed in a motorcycle accident Thursday night, The Tennessean reports. McCoy is the younger brother of Washington Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth. Police spokesman Kristin Mumford said that there was no evidence that alcohol or drug use played a role in the accident, the primary cause of which appears to be excessive speed by McCoy. McCoy was traveling on Gallatin Pike at around 9pm last evening when his motorcycle struck a Nissan Altima. Source: Mac's Football Blog
Yeah, speed this and that, but I bet the driver of the Nissan really caused it. Seen so many people killed in my area cause people just pull in front of motorcycles. Really sad.
Or he was another dumb kid weaving in and out of traffic and riding too fast to keep control of his bike. Probably 50/50 shot but either way RIP and my heart goes out to his family. (Other the Albert of course, heck him)
