Oakland Raiders quarterback Jason Campbell, who replaced an injured Bruce Gradkowski and led Sunday's victory against the San Diego Chargers, will start against the San Francisco 49ers. Raiders coach Tom Cable said Friday that if Gradkowski felt good during wamups on Sunday, he would be Campbell's backup.
