Phil Reese, the manager for Jenn Sterger says that Sterger's silence can't be bought by Brett Favre according to Dan Mangan of the New York Post. "Jenn's willingness to cooperate with the NFL's investigation is not for sale," Phil Reese told The Post, denying a report that a financial settlement with Favre would buy her silence. Sterger's cooperation could be crucial, but Reese said Sterger-- who now works on the Versus television network show "The Daily Line" -- "doesn't know what she wants to do at this moment." However, she's "strongly considering meeting with them," he said. The probe could get a little more dicey with Friday's revelations by The Post that there was apparently yet another call from Favre to Sterger in June 2009. "The . . . number that was used to send the messages in 2008 is the same one used to call Jenn in 2009 when Favre was in New York to film [the HBO show] 'Joe Buck Live,' " a source told The Post. "If she was to go in, that [conduct] would be corroborated and there would probably be a bit more," the source said. Source: NYPost
Can't buy her silence? Why the heck did she wait two freaking years to come out with this crap? Again she's nothing more then a cum receptacle.
Inside info? Dude, the info is readily available on the internets. The 'journalist' ran with a story that she told him off-the-record when she was being interviewed about something else. People tell journalists off-the-record stuff all the time and it's supposed to be a respected practice. The pics came from a third party. She did not sell them to the website who published the story. The thing to remember is that if Brett Favre doesn't text pics of his tiny schlong to this woman, there wouldn't be an investigation in the first place.
I doubt she was promised any anonymity during that interview. "Off the record" isn't something you can just say after a statement to protect yourself, it's a binding agreement a journalist carefully considers before honoring (or granting, if you will). She told the author stories and then told him not to run with them. NFL investigations and settlements aside, she doesn't have any argument against the journalist.
It's amazing how many athletes get involved with these bimbos, and expect it not to go public. Maybe she didn't start it, but she sure is going with the publicity.
