    Sean Leahy ofUSA Today reports that Sunday night's Vikings/Packers game was one for the record books. With 25.7 million viewers, Brett Favre's return to Lambeau Field was the most-watched Sunday Night Football game in history. Broadcast on NBC, the Packers' 28-24 win against the Vikings had a viewership gain of 71% over last year's Sunday night game (Cardinals-Giants) in Week 7. Average viewership on Sunday Night Football has been 21.9 million, up 15% from last year. It's the most-watched NFL primetime series since ABC broadcast Monday Night Football in 1996 to an average of 24.8 million viewers.
