DeAngelo Hall said Monday on NFL Network that he'd be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame if he played against Jay Cutler every week. For now, Hall must settle for his jersey being there.The Washington Redskins cornerback announced Tuesday on Twitter that the No. 23 jersey he wore in Sunday's 17-14 victory over the Chicago Bears is on the way to Canton, Ohio. Hall tied an NFL single-game record with four interceptions in the game, all against Cutler.
