Keeping quiet has cost Randy Moss $25,000. The NFL fined the Minnesota Vikings' star wide receiver on Friday for failing to cooperate with the news media. Players' contracts specify they must make themselves available to the media at specific times each week. Moss last spoke to the media on Oct. 13, then declined interviews after a win over Dallas on Oct. 17, throughout last week leading up to a loss at Green Bay, and after the defeat. Moss also declined to be available this week despite being in high demand because the Vikings visit New England, for whom Moss played the past three seasons. Source: Associated Press
Freaking hypocrites. They open their mouths they get fined they don't want to talk to the media they get fined.
hey the nfl is his job yo. part of his job is media related. he has plenty of money, millions of dollars give the media a good freaking quote about tom brady and your done moss. i sure hope he pays in " straight cash homie"
:icon_cheesygrin: $25,000 for not saying anything is a hoot. The NFL is extremely hecked up:icon_rolleyes:
From now on, Randy should say 'It was a great game....hey, we lost, but it was still a great game'....no fine then, huh? That's just crazy.
I fully understand why he would get fined here. part of your job as a pro athlete is to deal with the Media. Not everything about any job is perfect. and this is one of the things you just gotta deal with it. its part of your job
