QB Matt Hasselbeck (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the New York Giants. Charlie Whitehurst , who has never thrown a regular season pass, will start. Hasselbeck sustained a slight concussion in Week 8, but said Wednesday he was feeling "pretty good". We guess that wasn't good enough for doctors, who would have to clear Hasselbeck before he's allowed to step on a football field. Source: CBSSports

well i guess they figured he woulda been hecked anyway with that brutally bad offensive line going against a foaming at the mouth giants front 4. So they save his melon. Think bears offensive line here, The hawks are filling in 2nd and 4rd stringers on that line. Osi could finish with the single season sack and forced fumbles record in the NFL just off this one game. The onyl problem i see for the giants is tripping over each other getting to the QB. My good friend who is actually from seattle is a huge seahawks fan and i got a text message today saying this is going to be an abortion clinic with a rusty coathanger.
