Personnel Moves Needed In The Off-season

I think we need to fire John Fox, and try to hire the Cowboys' OC as a replacement. And, as much as I hate to say it, I think we need to trade Thomas Davis. We can't seem to keep him healthy for a whole season, if any of a season. The last couple of years, he has suffered season-ending injuries in the Preseason or earlier. We can never seem to be ab le to replace him during the season.

 

You want Jason Garrett as your head coach? Seriously?

 

Hire the coach of one of the worst offenses in football and get rid of a player you admit you have trouble replacing. FREAKING BRILLIANT. Wish you were in our division.

 

Hire an OC thats going to get fired to be your HC

Jason Garrett would be a really good Coach or OC if he wasn't held back by mega-failure Wade Phillips.

If we actually tried to replace Thomas Davis during the off-season, we'd have a better shot at it. The problem is that we keep thinking he's gonna last the whole season, but he don't. We need to get someone like Kirk Morrison.

 

Eons ago in NFL time (ie 2 years ago) Garrett was a touted up-and-coming head coaching prospect. That was before Dallas went to utter crap, when they were just underachievers.

He isn't ready to be a head coach. I'm not sure he is even ready to be an OC.

 

This thread has me holding my sides with laughter. Starkiller, dude, Garrett is horrible and I think 98% of Cowboy fans would agree. If you replace Fox with Garrett, the results will be the same.

Post: Who do you guys think should replace Wade after he gets fired? I think Bobby Petrino could give them some stability. However, Rich Kotite's football knowledge might really help. If they can't get either of those 2, I think their next best bet is probably David Shula. He's got head coaching in his genes. What do you think?

I was expecting a whole checklist of moves but ended up seeing just 2 horrible ones, im usually not too critical but you left me no choice lol
