Well McAnn might have been his best move yet. He's much more shift than AOA on returns there and just seems more comfortable with the ball in his hands. McAnn was good back there even if fumbled or even if you might mistake him for the braves catcher. He was close to breaking a return. Yeah DeCamill is overrated and 100% replaceable, all these guys are on the staff. But um a bigger that remains is if we make a switch in our base D in the offseason. Wouldn't it be funny if jerry hired Mike Zimmer lol or brought him back for D coordinator not that he'd leave the Bengals to Coordinate the D here or if he even wants to come back to the circus. When he ran the 4-3 in one specific season the D was lights out and Roy Williams was in his prime. Anyways just a thought. Lol just got back from the dispensary and have all these thoughts. Missed the 4th quarter of the game but I didn't really miss much lol. I don't think we should necessarily make a quarterback switch right now, I think Kitna is decent give him a couple more starts he knows the current playbook and still throws a decent ball. See McGee start the last 4 or 5 games.
Personally Im in favor of a hybrid 3-4/4-3 similar to what Baltimore/NE runs. Unless Brent's a stud I dont think we have the players to run a 3-4 upfront, and we need new LB's outside of Lee to run a 4-3. Maybe Spencer can play SAM......maybe. I dont think Brent is a down after down 3-4 Nose, just not strong enough. But I think he could be good alternating between that and a 4-3 Over Tackle
see in told ya that DC needed to cut scandrick along with that many you guys have mentioned.....i awoke this morning think the headline would be WADE GONE......but istill havnet one can only dream......
i heard that on dan patrick that JJ is meeting with the players today.............Dan P is on a Fire Wade Campaign
I never thought Tony Romo was a great QB, and I have said it several times. He's good, yes. Great? Not enough to lead this team to where their fans expect. One playoff win. What does that equal? I think firing Wade becomes the first step. They were talking about it so much during the game last night - and let Garrett have his shot. If anything, start rebuilding during the offseason. This season is pretty much done, anyway. What's the odds of them wining 8 straight games and finishing 9-7? Even then, that more than likely WON'T be enough to make the playoffs. Their season is basically done. Can't blame it all on Romo's injury, because aside from that game with the offense - he hadn't done much in way of leading the team to victories before, either. Draft a QB, or even try to get a QB in the offseason period would be a good move. Don't just dump Romo all of a sudden - but, how far do you let it go?
