Giants WR Ramses Barden Expects To Be Out 1-2 Weeks With Ankle Sprain

Giants wide receiver Ramses Barden said he expects to be out 1-2 weeks after spraining his left ankle in the second quarter against the Cowboys, trying to catch a fade pass towards the back of the end zone. He said “we’re calling it a sprain at the present moment†pending more tests today. He left the stadium wearing a boot on his foot and walking with crutches. “There’s a lot of pain in there,†Barden said. “I tried coming in here and running a little bit, but I don’t think I looked real good, so they kept me out.â€

    DAMN! WTF.. 1 to maybe 2 weeks turned into the season?!
     
  5. It turned out worse than Barden expected.....ligament damage and a fracture in his left ankle.

  7. Smith pretty much ruled himself out against Philadelphia and Jacksonville.

    Earliest possible return is against Washington on December 5th.

    Wisht eh Giants didnt IR Cruz, and from all sources he never should have been placed on the IR. Reports are that Hagen will return. Time to see who's available.
