Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star-Ledger is reporting that the New York Giants have signed free agent wide receiver Derek Hagan to a one-year deal. Garafolo also goes on to report that his report of the Hagan signing is according to someone informed of the deal. The team hasn't made any official announcement yet. The signing of Hagan makes the most sense because he knows the Giants system. Hagan was signed by the New York Giants on December 16, 2008 after running back Reuben Droughns was placed on injured reserve and was released on September 4, 2010, during final roster cuts.
