The Miami Dolphins host the Chicago Bears at Sun Life Stadium on Thursday 11/18/10. Kickoff time is 8:20 pm EST Discuss….
The Dolphins may have a banged up team but it's not a slam dunk that the Bears win this game. The Bears traditionally play like crap in Miami (see Super Bowl 41 for example). Seeing this is a night game, Cutler does not play well during night games. As a Bears fan, yes, i'm hoping both those facts are different this time around. This game is a battle of two teams that need this game, the Bears in the NFC North race with the Packers, the Dolphins in the wild card race in the AFC. The Bears are 1 1/2 point underdogs in this game which I actually do like because they have played better in the underdog role compared to being the favorite.
I'm going Bears. I don't think they're the better team overall, but I say they win this one with strong defense.
both of these teams are so erratic, who the heck knows what's going to happen? about the only thing we know for sure is that Miami's margin for error is much smaller right now than the bears so they should be playing a little more desperate (but that doesn't always equal wins)
Tyler Thigpen becomes the 15th different starting QB for Miami since Dan Mario retired in 2000. Thigpen We Trust.....I'll take the Dolphins.
Good kick return for the Dolphins to start, they're in Bears territory. Let's see what Thigpens got. First pass a 9 yard completion to marshall. **********Automerged Doublepost********** Bears getting pressure and sacks early. Dolphins punting.
Thigpin had Hartline after he scrambled but missed him. **********Automerged Doublepost********** Good return by Hester, tackled by the punter :icon_lol:
Kicked to Hester eh? :icon_cheesygrin: **********Automerged Doublepost********** So is Thigpen supposed to be a hidden gem or something? Just curious since I saw some love for him in the pregame portion of the thread.
