Got the title right this week. Not too much changes, although I'm saddened to see the Cowboys climbing up :icon_sad:

Your formula results almost exactly match a list you could make by win totals alone. what goes into your formula other than wins?

 

I think you've asked this question before and I answered it. It takes the strength of the wins the team you've defeated have and the same for defeats. Margin of Victory is also a factor.

 

I guess I would have to see the actual formula to understand it fully. I was just pointing out that, as it is, the formula ranks the teams in the following order of win totals. It seems to be a listing of teams ranked by wins and wins alone, for the most part. The Colts and Bears are the only teams that are an anomoly in the entire sequence. And maybe it's just a coincidence. I'm not sure if your rankings typically line up like this or not.

Titans starting to drop in the adjusted due to their record, they're sort of like the Chargers earlier in the season, big wins close losses.

 

a lot of people are sad to see the Cowboys moving up andy....Cowboys fans where I work are absolutely convinced that even though the best they can do is 9-7, they will make the playoffs as a wild card and make it to the SB, and win it too! :icon_rolleyes:
