The New York Giants added more depth to their decimated wide receivers unit when they were awarded Devin Thomas off waivers. The Carolina Panthers waived Thomas, who has been a disappointment after being drafted in the second round by the Redskins in 2008. The Redskins waived Thomas earlier this season. Thomas has 40 receptions for 445 yards and three touchdowns in his three-year career. He has only played in five games this season for the Redskins and Panthers and has no catches but is still only 24 and has potential. Source: ESPN New York
I like this move better then adding Mark Clayton. At the very least, I hope he can push Blockmon off the KR and PR duties.
