Saints defensive end Will Smith was arrested in Lafayette on simple battery and domestic abuse. According to Cpl. Paul Mouton with the Lafayette Police Department Smith and his wife got into a dispute just after 2 a.m. Saturday morning, while leaving a night club. Mouton says police saw an argument between the couple escalate. He says Smith was seen grabbing his wife's hair and pulling her down the street. Source Victoria Advocate
