Thats a stupid call.......Reggie Wayne catches a pass, Colts call a timeout, it goes to booth review, the refs say "The Ruling on the field is confirmed, the Colts will not be charged with a timeout." They should not be given a timeout back in that situation, they weren't calling a timeout for a challenge.
