The Red Sox have pulled off another stunning move. Days after acquiring Adrian Gonzalez from the Padres, Boston agreed to a seven-year, $142 million deal with free-agent outfielder Carl Crawford. The deal, which was first reported by the Boston Globe, was confirmed by FoxSports.com's Ken Rosenthal. The Red Sox did not confirm the deal. Crawford, 29, hit .307 with 110 runs scored, 30 doubles, 13 triples, 19 home runs and 90 RBI for the Rays this past season.

MUTHA FREAKA. CC was jawing earlier this week he didn't want to play for "the enemy", Guess all that crap goes out the window once the money hits the table. What a horrible waste of his speed, playing in right at Fenway? That's where you hide a bat not a gold glover.
