According to the Twitter account of Kelli Johnson of Comcast SportsNet in Washington, Rex Grossman will be the team’s starting quarterback in Sunday’s game at Dallas. “I’m told locker room is divided and guys are extremely upset,†Johnson wrote. The 30-year-old Grossman, a first-round draft pick by the Chicago Bears in 2003, has thrown only seven passes this season and his last start came Nov. 9, 2008, when he filled in for Kyle Orton in Chicago. Grossman lost his starting job with the Bears three games into the 2007 season and he spent last season with the Houston Texans where he worked with Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan. McNabb received a contract extension earlier this season but the Redskins can get out of it after this season by paying just $3.5 million, in Daniel Snyder’s world, that’s tip money. There was considerable debate about McNabb when Mike Shanahan pulled him late in a game earlier this season, explaining afterward that Grossman ran the two-minute offense better, now, does he run the 60-minute offense better? patiently awaits phigles' crusade to clear mcnabb's good name and denounce everything shanny has done since birth.
No need for me. The absurdity speaks for it's self. I'm really happy about this and can't wait to see where he winds up.
Remember when everyone said that shanny had lost his mind in Denver......there was even a hilarious bang cartoon about and that year they did good. Not defending shanny nd I think this ridiculous Roland I don't like Mcbarf
